Initial Consultation

90 minutes — $600

A comprehensive in-person evaluation including medical and psychiatric history, diagnostic assessment, and initial treatment planning.

Follow-Up Visits

30 minutes — $300

Focused medication management with supportive therapy as appropriate.

Practice Structure

• Adults 18–60

• In-office care only

• Saturdays by appointment

• Self-pay practice (no insurance, no superbills)

• Medicare not accepted

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service and processed through the patient portal.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Interpretation Services

Professional interpretation can be arranged upon request; fees are the responsibility of the patient.
