Board-Certified Psychiatrist — General Adult & Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry

 I am a board-certified psychiatrist with nearly twenty years of clinical experience across two major medical systems. I completed a full three-year residency in Psychiatry at Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai, a leading academic and tertiary-care institution with extensive exposure to complex, high-acuity clinical presentations. This work established the foundation of my diagnostic rigor, medical–psychiatric integration, and collaborative approach.

I went on to complete my US residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, followed by a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Inova Fairfax Hospital (affiliated with George Washington University). My career has included work across academic centers in New York City, Dallas, and Phoenix, as well as community hospitals in Maryland and Upstate New York, with a consistent focus on the interface between medicine and psychiatry.

My practice emphasizes clear assessment, continuity, and thoughtful coordination with primary and specialty physicians. I prioritize evidence-informed evaluation, structured follow-up, and respectful collaboration with patients and families to support long-term stability and wellbeing.
